Sharon at Nightingale Home care reached out to my request and I instantly knew I had someone who understood our situation and what we needed.
Care is for my Mother-in-law who we had to relocate 200 miles to live with us and who needed immediate care plan.
Sharon came out to visit us first and has been very flexible with hours while we understand the needs even speaking with district nurse who attended her previously.
The care is exceptional - punctual, reliable, cheerful and above all caring.
My mother-in-law is settling in well and improving day on day.

The satisfaction of knowing someone has been cared for in the way they have chosen and to maintain and encourage the independence of individuals so they can be in their preferred place for as long as possible.

The same thing that I love about my job. To be better than the disappointing stories you hear in the press.
