Our boiler unfortunately needed to be replaced during quite cold weather last week. It was our first time contacting NGT Heating and Plumbing. Nathan explained the price and service very clearly before the replacement. Throughout the replacement process, they kept our house very clean and disposed of all the rubbish themselves. I greatly appreciate how they took care of the details and tidied up everything nicely. After the job, Nathan even messaged us to follow up on the situation of the new boiler.
