From our very first contact, our dealings with Maria were easy and straightforward. She took on board what our wishes were, rather then impose upon us a pre-planned, non changeable menu.
Always doing her best to make the day a success and enabling a two way contact at any time.
On the day, Maria and her team were efficient, friendly, polite and good humoured wth all of the guests and the catering itself was excellent, interesting and well presented.
Maria completely took away from us any worries regarding that aspect to our event and cleared up totally before leaving.

Easy to communicate with, fun and bubbly personality! Food was fabulous and everything was presented beautifully. I spoke to Maria several times prior to the date of the dinner party and she was very helpful. Unfortunately on the evening of party she arrived over an hour later than she said and very flustered and I was unable to contact her on her mobile phone. However, she was a very good chef, the food was excellent, all presented beautifully and she was very organised. She also cleared the kitchen thoroughly after. What’s your signature dish?
It would be hard to choose! We offer a range of cuisine and dish options when crafting bespoke menus for our clients, but if we had to chose something we do like no other is Peruvian food. From those, our team's favourite is the Lam Seco. This is a northern Peruvian dish of lamb cooked in a coriander sauce served with potatoes and peas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It truly depends on each client and what development stage of their menu they are in. We believe early involvement is key as it allows us to make the service as personal as possible. Ideally, we would have a call where we would discuss menu preferences, the attendees, the event itself, logistics, etc. Following that, we will review this and compare to our database of menu options and recipes to come up with the perfect fit. Afterwards, we will meet the client again and if in agreement will go ahead as planned.
