What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a real passion for the security industry since a spotty teenager when I did my work experience in a Locksmith shop in Redcliffe Australia. Being able to adapt my skills to the England products and technologies has been a challenge at times, with on going training and up skilled. I am confident in what I can deliver to my customers. After working for larger firms is a natural progression to want to have something to call your own.

Its the fore front of everything we do as security integrator's making multiple systems communicate effectively and the interaction with the customer is simple, ease of use. . I've always been this way, being trusted with people prized processions means a level of trust you don't get in many industries. Like many working to get the best for each customer, does come with its inherit challengers as technology can be limiting at times, that why I invest to get to the latest trade shows to find new solutions to our increasing crime rate to protect what customers work so hard for.

Many of the systems we install have the ability to remote connect to a system to diagnose from our office. This is only with the correct permissions from the customer to access their system.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a customers has concerns about COVID we can offer to arrange when no one is home to reduce the risk of a potential transfer . All staff would wear masks and use hand sanitiser before entering the property. Keep the inside works to one member of staff. If a customer or staff member has any symptoms we would ask they remain at home and reschedule works for a more suitable time. Staff to be tested 3 days prior for high risk clients. Simply comply to the customers requests.
