There is something very special about the approach at NAC. Nothing is out of the question and they all go above and beyond to make a real difference to peoples lives. A recent trip on a river cruise and train journey across Europe to help someone live their dream! We all have a bucket list even at 99. So many social events that go beyond 'care' this is community at it's very best. It is so refreshing in today's difficult climate and having a company support people to live their best lives and avoid isolation is testament to the founding values of Sam and her family. I needed advice very quickly regarding live-in care for my very elderly Mother in law. New Age Care responded promptly with fantastic options. I did not feel they were pushing for business but were really listening to our concerns and what we were hoping to achieve. It is a big step to take but all our questions were answered promptly with a lot of understanding.
