What inspired you to start your own business?
Following more than three decades in the design industry, two of those focusing on garden landscaping and custom timber buildings and the past decade specialising in the design and turnkey construction of precision steel framed buildings, Nest & Vine Ltd was created by Daniel Bedocs with a determination to utilise his range of skills and experience to provide a unique blend of construction, garden landscaping and property maintenance with a much stronger focus on customer service and quality of finish. Where others always pigeon hole services we buck the trend and offer a full package to ensure you receive the same level of detail and quality of work across every aspect of your home and garden.

We can provide a full design and planning service remotely following an initial site survey to take dimensions and meet the customer in person to run through all their aspirations and ideas. A lot of the work required for a full planning application involves desktop studies and liaising with the local authorities and regulatory bodies in order to ensure every project is carefully considered.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Though covid 19 is hopefully in the past we consider our job role very safe and for the most part we can iscolate ourselves from customers working outside all day in the fresh air and communicating by telephone of text to limit any risks.

Bespoke Timber Buildings & Structures
Pergolas
Pergolas are free standing structures with posts or columns that typically support an open roof of trelliswork with open sides. You can train vines or other plants to climb the structures for extra charm or add a canopy for additional protection from the weather.
Trellis
A garden trellis has an open framework or lattice that is commonly used to support climbing plants. These structures can be built from wood, vinyl, or metal and may be freestanding or attached to a wall. Trellises can be used to designate outdoor rooms by screening and provide an extra layer of privacy. They are also an excellent way to soften the driving wind through a garden when carefully positioned.
Arbour
Arbours are smaller than pergolas or trellises. These structures can be used to define a point of entry, divide different outdoor rooms, or frame a focal point in your garden. Arbours are often made with lattice on which plants, such as climbing vines or roses, take on new heights. An arbour can provide a feature entrance when incorporated with a garden gate or can be positioned to create a route through to another part of the garden.
Patio Covers
Patio covers are attached to the home or a bordering wall and may have a solid roof or one built with trellis or lattice. With a patio cover, you can entertain and enjoy the outdoors year-round, add living space to your home, and keep energy costs down during hot summer months by preventing solar heat from entering your home. We can design and build a patio cover that is freestanding, or can create a lean-to fixed directly to your house.
Gazebo
A gazebo is a free standing, square, pentagonal, hexagonal or octagonal structure with a solid roof and open sides providing full shade with unobstructed views. These structures are most commonly used in traditional English or French style gardens but can also be designed in a more modern and contemporary style. Gazebos create a perfect place to enjoy nature and gather with friends, neighbours, and family. A gazebo can be used to create an intimate dining area, add protection to a hot tub, or simply a place to relax and unwind.
Greenhouses
Greenhouses are an essential addition for dedicated gardeners who wish to improve their skills year-round. If you enjoy propagating seeds and cuttings and growing a variety of plants in any season, this may be at the top of your wish list. These structures come in a wide variety of styles and sizes can be made from aluminium, galvanized steel, or wood. Walls are usually constructed from glass, film plastic, or rigid plastic.
Pavilions
Pavilions are generally larger than gazebos or pergolas. Typically, these architectural structures have covered roofs and provide ample space for bigger parties and events. Shade Sails
Shade sails are a modern and elegant way of offering relief from the sun. Fabric is stretched across specially engineered poles to accent and provide shade to a seating area or patio. Size Matters
Our buildings are fully scalable and available at any size with spans up to 20m and eve height to 6m. Because we use machine rolled Zed section fully bolted purlins with fly bracing included, we can provide fully engineered bay sizes up to 6m centres, which is a lot wider than competitor frames using sub-standard top hats and tek screws. We provide sizes from a domestic single garage or storage building to a large warehouse or an entire industrial park and everything in between.

We provide an independent expert design and build service from initial survey and feasibility followed by a full planning application service through to complete groundworks, turnkey construction and landscaping. Although every building is designed to last long term, we understand accidents happen and offer an ongoing maintenance service to ensure any accidents can be resolved fast and efficiently. We also understand customer need more space as they grow and offer our design expertise to help you extend your building in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Self-build has never been easier
For the accomplished DIYer and enthusiast or to save on the construction cost we offer all of our superior fully bolted steel buildings as a self-build kit. Every building is precision engineered with all component parts are pre-cut, drilled and marked. Your self-build kit comes with full structural calculations and detailed assembly drawings plus a step-by-step instruction manual for erection. The smaller buildings (single and double garages and storage units) can be erected by just two people without the need for heavy lifting gear or specialist tools.
Every building is checked prior to delivery and comes in a single delivery for your convenience and will include everything required right down to the last nut and bolt. Your self-build kit will also include a detailed bill of materials itemising every component for easy identification.
