We booked NeatNest for two oven cleans as our Miele ovens got exceptionally bad with grease, we had one company before try and fail.
However although it took them a little longer than originally thought, they had got so much off the first day, sent us a refund and then came back the next morning to finish off the job which they did and then asked us to pay if we were happy!
Extremely kind and effective service! Would highly recommend and use again! Don’t hesitate to book!

Thoroughly disappointing experience. Samreen, the manager, kept trying to oversell me three hours when I only needed two and wasn’t interested in listening to my actual needs. After a lot of chasing to finally get a booking, the cleaner turned up and did a pretty poor job—missed several spots and didn’t pay attention to detail.
