My EFT tapping experience with Meeta was valuable, she helped me to feel relaxed and comfortable, I didn’t feel judged. Meeta was understanding and patient, she enabled me to express how I felt.
After my first experience of tapping, I felt lighter, in a better mood. I felt hopeful towards the future, I had found a tool to help me.
I definitely feel multiple sessions are beneficial. Overall my anxieties have decreased, I feel happier, I'm in good moods more often and feel willing to go outside my comfort zones. I’m calmer and my nervous system is regulated.
If someone asked me about tapping, I would say they should definitely try it at least once with Meeta. Meeta provides a safe space. If they are unsure, I would tell them to try and be open, it does work if you let it.
Meeta is a fabulous EFT practitioner and a true professional. Meeta instantly made me feel more comfortable and secure in doing the tapping. Meeta is friendly, caring and thoughtful.

Tapping was a completely new thing for me, and I couldn’t have found a better guide. I felt an immediate release and after a couple of sessions, my thought patterns started to shift. If you’re doubtful about trying it, keep an open mind. I’ve tried a fair few therapy types and this has by far been the most effective. What inspired you to start your own business?
I set up my business as a result of my own mental health breakdown and PTSD following a horrific car accident. I tried lots of different strategies but the EFT Tapping technique really transformed how I felt mentally and emotionally, even after just one session. It really helped calm my anxiety and I loved that I was able to use the technique to practice (outside of sessions) on my own during moments of distress.

Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT (Tapping) (Somatic talk therapy)
EFT or Tapping as it is more commonly known, is a powerful mind-body tool that works to relieve stress and anxiety in minutes.
It works in the same way as acupuncture but instead of needles, the client uses their fingers to stimulate the specific meridian points to calm the mind and the body whilst talking about emotional triggers.
Tapping can be used for PTSD, anxiety, low self-worth, limiting beliefs, phobias, cravings, childhood trauma and pain relief.
