Our cars gets serviced, filled with fuel, MOTd, without question.
Yet we can ‘put off’ doing anything about feeling a lack of energy or that niggle.
It takes a bit (and it’s not hours and hours) of dedicated ‘me’ time, but what a difference it can make.

I’ve been doing Chris’s exercise routine for about a month now and I’m really beginning to feel the benefit. What do you love most about your job?
It's great to wake up every morning excited and loving what I do for a living, then go to bed feeling proud about the people’s lives I am helping to change for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been involved in sport all my life working with teams at schools and clubs, the chance to work with smaller groups of individuals and one-to-one, to spread the 'TEAM' ethos, is exciting.

A balanced diet is the starting point for most people. But when you become more active, you will use up more energy, so you need to take in more to restore your energy balance.
