OMG Alex was a lifesaver, normal carers couldn't start til tuesday instead of sunday. Within 1 hour Alex had sorted 48 hours live in care at a very reasonable rate and as only short period of care reduced the admin cost to £50.
00 from £200.00 without being asked to!!
Incredibly when the original carers could then cover, Alex would not take and admin charge or cancellation fee and was very understanding. I will definately use Native Care in the future- Alex restored my faith in humanity

Personal Care
We assist individual with all aspects of personal care, such as showering, bathing, full body wash, hair wash etc etc
Continence care
We assist individuals with all aspect of continence care such as toiletting, changing continence aids, stoma care, catheter care
Dressing/ undressing
We assist individuals to get ready for the day/ for bed with clothing of their choice/ assist to make informed choices based on weather etc
Medication management
We assist individuals with all aspects of their medication management, such as: administration, reminder, promoting, ordering, collecting, arranging for delivery. We work in partnership with District nurses and GP practice, assisting the individual to book appointments, have their medication reviewed on time, escorting them to appointments etc.
Nutrition and hydration needs
We assist individual to follow a healthy and balanced diet.
We can assist with meal prep, feeding, shopping
Companionship
We offer companionship visits as well, either sitting and chatting over a cup of tea in the house, or going out for a walk/drive etc
Domestic duties
We assist individuals to maintain a good hygiene standard of the environment they live in. We assist with small internal domestic duties, such as hoovering, mopping, cleaning bathroom/kitchen, changing bedding, dusting, laundry, taking out the bins etc
Specialised services
All our staff are trained and competent in specific conditions, such as: Stroke, Parkinson's, Dementia, End of Life care, Stoma care, Catheter care etc
