Having been let down by so many professionals (Pembroke Promise) Nathan reinstated my trust in hiring. Nathan delivered both on arriving quickly to assess and discuss the job, sending a quotation and arranging when the work would commence. Nathan then came later after his team had finished and inspected to ensure that both he and I were happy. The team arrived at the time specified, did the work and ensured that the area was clean after finishing and that I was happy. All in all I was exceptionally happy that this work had been done considering I had some three companies that promised since end February that they would do the work but no shows!
