Q&As

The most rewarding part of our work is building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference to people’s lives. Supporting individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, while giving families reassurance and peace of mind, is something we take great pride in every day.

Our business was founded out of a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We wanted to create a service where people are treated as individuals, not tasks, where carers are supported, well-trained, and empowered to deliver care with compassion, dignity, and consistency.

We provide reliable, personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and routines. Our carers are carefully recruited, trained, and supported, and we place strong emphasis on communication, continuity of care, and building trust. Families choose us because we are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the people we support.

While our core services are delivered in person, we can offer remote support where appropriate. This may include wellbeing check-ins, family updates, care planning discussions, and consultations via phone or video call. Remote support can complement in-person care and provide additional reassurance to clients and families.

We follow robust infection prevention and control procedures in line with current guidance. This includes thorough staff training, regular hand hygiene, use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required, enhanced cleaning practices, and health monitoring of staff. We also conduct risk assessments and adapt care delivery to ensure clients remain safe while receiving essential support.

Services

Friendly, reliable support to reduce loneliness and promote emotional wellbeing. Our carers offer conversation, shared activities, and a reassuring presence, helping clients feel valued, connected, and supported in their own homes.

Sensitive and respectful assistance with daily personal care needs, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support is delivered with dignity, privacy, and encouragement to maintain independence wherever possible.

Discrete, compassionate support for individuals experiencing continence difficulties. This includes assistance with toileting, catheter or stoma support (where trained and assessed), personal hygiene, skin integrity monitoring, and maintaining comfort and dignity at all times.

Flexible short-term care designed to give family members and informal carers a well-earned break. We ensure continuity of care in a safe and familiar environment, providing peace of mind while maintaining routines and quality support.

Safe and reliable support with prescribed medications, in line with individual care plans and risk assessments. This may include prompting, assistance with administration, recording, and monitoring for side effects, always following best practice and regulatory guidance.

Assistance to support good nutrition and hydration, tailored to individual needs and preferences. This includes meal preparation, support with eating and drinking, monitoring intake, and encouragement to maintain a balanced diet that supports health and wellbeing.

A dedicated carer living in the client’s home to provide continuous, one-to-one support. Live-in care offers a safe alternative to residential care, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes with round-the-clock reassurance and personalised support.

Support provided during the night to ensure safety, comfort, and reassurance. This may include sleep-in or waking night care, assistance with toileting, repositioning, medication support, or responding to unexpected needs.

Encouraging independence and social inclusion by supporting clients to access the community. This includes accompaniment to appointments, shopping, social activities, faith groups, or hobbies, helping individuals stay active, engaged, and connected.
