Phoned Keith as our heating valve was broken, and we needed it fixing fairly quickly. Keith was easy to get hold of, pleasant to speak to, and arranged to come within a few days. He gave me a time and was punctual, even coming a bit earlier to suit me, when my plans changed. He was clear and explained things well. His work was tidy and efficient and he was very friendly. Rang Keith as we had an issue with the boiler constantly calling for heat and heating up the house. Keith answered the call and visited the next day. Typically upon his arrival the boiler decided to behave as it should but Keith still took the time to explain the system, discuss what issues I had seen and take on board what I described and then spotted another issue with expansion tank that needed recharging. All has been good since his visit. Will be using Keith again as I think its better to maintain the same engineer on your system instead of having various different contract engineers rock up ... some good and some bad. More...

Keith's inspired intuition found a blockage in the heating system that SEVERAL British Gas engineers failed to locate previously. On his recommendation some radiator plumbing was replaced. At my request he also replaced the boiler with a BAXI 30. All the work was carried out professionally and to my utmost satisfaction. The rooms were left clean each day after work. All system operations were clearly explained to me. The call back a few days after completion was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. My Heating did a full central heating installation with nest for us. From start to finish the communication was clear, friendly and honest. As we are looking to renovate in future, My Heating ran us through a series of options and helped us understand the benefits and constraints of each. The work itself was done on time, to a very high standard and looks great. It is working well and we are nice and warm this winter.
