Why should our clients choose you?
Our personalised and professional culture, which then filters through across our service. We have thorough and rigorous staff recruitment and compliance processes to ensure we employ the best possible staff. Our operational processes are also second to none. Ensuring we are doing everything we can to deliver a service of high quality and safety.
Once on board we conduct regular and scheduled quality assurance, meaning we never let our standards fall below our minimum expectations. Those minimum expectations are gauged simply asking ourselves 'would it be suitable for our own loved ones?'.
We have a Good CQC rating, but our aim is to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate a common sense, safety first and committed approach to COVID19. Our aim is to provide care whilst still protecting all service users and staff alike.
