My Business Activities offers services to both companies looking to outsource their payroll and accounting firms looking to outsource their client’s payroll services. We are a family run payroll & HR specialist that is well trusted, offers a competitive and affordable rate with no hidden charges.

We offer many different services covering all aspects of payroll and HR. We cater for businesses of all sizes and are often much more affordable then hiring internally or using your accountant. Some of our services are listed below:

• Registering your business PAYE with HMRC

• Payslips emailed directly to you at the frequency you want e.g. weekly, 4 weekly and monthly

• RTI, P30, P45 & P60

• Pensions

• SMP, SPP, holiday pay, sick pay

• Help your company to on-board your new staff and inform you of the information you will need from them

• We can pay your HMRC contribution for you (helping your business avoid late fees and penalties).

• New employee contracts

We take on both, existing and brand-new payroll clients and when setting up your new payroll service, we automatically claim your employer’s NI allowance (if you’re entitled to it). We offer free unlimited phone calls / email support and advise to all our clients and this is the reason why we are trusted to run payroll and HR services for our clients.
