We moved into an old house this year and discovered we had roof issues. 2 roofers didn't even get back to us but Mat responded promptly, we got a quote and work began! Other issues were also discovered midway through job and Mat gave us options to repair etc...(which we did). Mat kept us informed with progress with photos and videos from roof which was helpful. Roofing Installation or Replacement
We got mat and his team out to do a new roof in Sept 2022.On the roof the end tiles were over done in the result of the end panels not fitting properly and not enough under panel wood left to attach the the end panels so he just joint all the end panels together and left these.
5 weeks later in Nov 2022we had a lot of wind and it blew the end panels off along with the top panel. So we got in touch with Mat and he said he would fix it the first week in January 2023 but no mat arrived with loads of phone calls,text messages, WhatsApps,and emails he doesn't even answer to any of them. But has read the messages. So I have been in touch with Bark and the Scottish advice services they gave me letter to send him and still no reply from him. And I also asked for a vat receipt and still nothing.
So I would not recommend him for any maintenance jobs
I got a quote for to fix his mess and it's costing over a grand to repair it.
That's the now until we find other faults in his work

These people are scam - do not pay them anything until you check their work completely, they are very bad in quality and always trying to cheat - find someone else to do the job if you can! do not contact MWC!

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with MWC - they did new walls in our living room and I wish I would not even know Matt and Tommy exists - the wall were curved and not aligned with the floor level, painted very badly Tommy was convincing us it will be ok when it dries out but it never happened he got money and disappeared. My advise - stay away from MWC!!!

Very poor quality, they've literally ruined the kitchen and we had to look for professionals to sort out MWC's mess. They always late and constantly lying - absolute rubbish! Matt pretends to know what he is doing and Tommy's task is to talk bul*t while Matt pretends he knows how to do laminate floor - as a result I had to finish their work myself. More...

Matt was on hand 7 days a week for any phone calls during our project.
We had some unforeseen circumstances which is inevitable for this type of job but all issues were minor and handled brilliantly.
