Initially there was difficulty in liaison with first tradesman, but then made contact with Tom. And took over very smoothly, he kept me updated and was proactive. Once work started, I was very reassured the work was in capable hands just with the dialogue we had and the fact Tom did exactly what he said, this was invaluable to me and stood out as not very tradesmen do this.

Lovely folks knocked on my door, pointed out a guttering issue (my gutter had fallen down! No wonder there was moss all on my floor), offered a quote, and said they could pop over in half an hour. They came when they said, did the work and walked me through it, and for a great simple price.

I had a bathroom job for multi trade to do, the work was done very professionally and they were very clean and prompt, I was so pleased with the work I gave them another job replacing some fence panels, this was don the very next day and to a very high standard, I also go them to clean my gutters and to do some cement work in the front garden and this was also done to the same standard as the rest of the jobs done. My family was so impressed that my sister now has their number as you can trust the work they do, in this day an age it is hard to find hard professional workers and I can say with my hand on my heart that you will get a very good professional service from Multi Trade Property Services, I am moving soon and I will be using them again in my new home, give them a call you won't be disappointed.
