Been here for 4 years now and it's a great venue both for our offices and also for talks and events downstairs. The staff are great too, special shout out to Colin on reception and there's been a lot more social stuff going on in the last year too. Been working here for a number of years and can say that it's a perfect hub for business in Belfast. As well as the collaboration between all the people in the building, bumping into new people and networking, the collaborative spaces are second to none. No parking worries, cafe facilities and comfortable office space are perfect. The staff that run the building are amazing and we never pass in a corridor or at the entrance wihout a conversation and a catch-up, they strive to push and promote all the tenants in any way they can. Great place to work! Staff are lovely, the building is so clean and well maintained and has excellent facilities. We have an office on the first floor with loads of natural lighting and its right opposite the kitchen and bathroom. So handy!
