Fantastic service, stepped in when another cleaner let me down and I had to cancel a booking! Spotless cleaning of oven, fridge, microwave and entire flat looks great and ready for next guests following a long let. They even put furniture back where it should be and took a video of before and lots of photos of afterwards. Will now use for regular airbnb cleaning. Top notch service. How it should be! End of Tenancy Cleaning/Deep Cleaning Services
Residential properties:
We offer deep cleaning services at the following rates for residential homes:
- One-storey: £190
- Two-storey: £250
- Three-storey: £350
Student properties:
We offer deep cleaning services at the following rates:
- Flat: £150
- One-storey: £230
- Two-storey: £300
- Three-storey: £400
Each service includes a comprehensive clean.
We kindly ask clients to provide their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Where possible.
Cleaning - Fortnightly/ Weekly/Airbnb
The cleaning rate is £17.50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2.5 hours per session.
Please note that cleaning requests made with less than 24 hours notice will incur an additional fee of £50.
Furniture and Flat Pack Assembly
Furniture and flat-pack assembly services are priced at £25 for small to medium items and £45 for large items.
