Brilliant service. I've just moved house and am on a budget so flat pack furniture is a must, but if I put things together myself they instantly become a death trap! Terrible Service and not trustworthy.
Everything that was done in my beautiful new property was messed up.
On the day although he admitted his mistakes he demanded I pay him before he left. I was on my own and felt intimidated so I paid the money.
I got I touch on the day to request my money back. The response was £25 refund.
I had paid £130 but as a goodwill gesture agreed to £60 I am still waiting for the refund they agreed to.
This is 4 weeks on and still no refund.
Avoid those people like the plague More...

Thank you for your honest review and we take this onboard, however when you do so kindly do so without malice or lies. 14 working days from the 11th = 1st of May , Now if patience and counting is an issue please count again as we have communicated numerous times that’s refund will be 14days from 11th . We do not take kindly to our name being attached to lies or methods of intimidation which never occurred. The couple arrived on time and were very professional throughout the duration of the job. They got on with it and delivered a set of bedroom furniture consisting of a 6 door wardrobe, a chest of 3 drawers, a bedside drawer, and a dressing table - all in about 4 hours.
