Letzone have managed a property on our behalf for the last 5 years. They have found great tenants for us and kept everything in very good order.
As a 'remote' landlord, the key thing is communication. Letzone have been absolutely great. They've been pro-active, on the ball throughout and incredibly easy to work with.
We are currently in the process of selling the property with Letzone. All of the above can be applied. There have been many questions on our part and they are always there to answer them and ease, what an be a complicated and for some, an intimidating process.

I have several properties with Letzone, over several years. I can categorically state that Letzone are efficient, fair, and impeccable in their management of these properties.
Michelle has been more than an agent. She has been supportive, and gone out of her way so many times, beyond the call of duty.
Of all the years I've had properties, over 20, Michelle has stood out far above the rest. I wished she could manage all of them. Some are just too far to manage from London.
