What do you love most about your job?
I have OCD, which means I naturally notice the little details and crave order and cleanliness. For me, working in cleaning isn’t just a job — it’s a passion and a perfect fit.
Every home or space I clean gets that extra bit of care and attention because I understand how much a spotless environment matters, not just for looks but for peace of mind too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting Mop and Glow was a dream born from my passion for cleanliness and my desire to help others enjoy a fresh, welcoming home without the stress.
Living with OCD, I’ve always had a keen eye for detail and a love for order — but I also understand how overwhelming cleaning can feel, especially when life gets busy. I wanted to create a service that doesn’t just clean but brings peace of mind, reliability, and a genuine personal touch.
Opening my own business meant I could deliver the high standards I believe in, use my skills every day, and build something meaningful for my community.

We offer regular domestic cleans, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, post-construction, and bespoke luxury cleans. Our fully insured team uses eco-friendly products wherever possible, ensuring a spotless, healthy environment with every visit. • Scrubbing of bath, shower tray, and toilet (incl. behind and base)
• Cleaning of all surfaces, mirrors, shelves, cupboards (inside & out)

• Deep clean of all surfaces and worktops
• Cleaning of cupboard fronts and insides
• Full appliance clean (hob, extractor, fridge, microwave – optional oven clean available)

• Floor vacuumed and mopped
