A great website in our eyes is one that showcases who you are and what your product/service is at first glance.
Arguably the most important thing you need to make sure your website is answering: What is your product/service?
If this isn’t immediately clear, visitors will likely bounce off your page right away. A confused, poorly organised website, with no clear offering, just isn’t fun to look at. You need to clearly state who you are, what you do, and what your purpose is.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First of all we love meeting potential clients face-to-face, however, we understand that can’t always be possible so use options such as a zoom call. We’d then love you to tell us about your project and hear you describe your ideas in detail of what the finished project may look like. This allows our team to come up with a solution and timescale for your project which enables us to establish the most accurate cost for your project. Some of the questions we could ask are:

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
If we haven't already discussed the project and your requirements to make things easier we have a project planner that requires just 2 minutes of our clients time. This is a super easy to use online questionnaire used to help us understand the task ahead.
What do you love most about your job?
When it comes to work, we’re passionate on seeing projects through from start to finish or having a positive impact on its development. We love that all members of our team have exposure to a range of projects whether it’s working alongside massive companies such as Santander or a local coffee shop in South Wales. We’re proud of our direct one-to one communication with clients. Our client interested in a logo will talk directly to our graphic designer, as opposed to a client after a commercial video who will speak directly with our video team. This often mean our projects get handed over much quicker than a larger agency who have to pass a project through different chains of command.

COVID-19 has overwhelmed lives and livelihoods around the globe, it has also forced a rethinking of what customer care means.
As well as keeping a firm eye on the government guidelines, if we're not working remotely we'll ask for our clients safety requirements prior to visiting their workspace so we can arrive following the requirements requested.
