About

Life can feel like a lot can’t it? — especially if you’re neurodivergent, caring for a child with additional needs, or just trying to keep up when the world feels out of sync with you. I work with adults, teens, and parents who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and tired of always having to explain themselves.

Q&As

Connecting with people, using my life experiences to help someone else through the same experience.

I’m neutral myself, I have a child with additional needs and an adult daughter with autism. Having my own practice means I can work in my own way and be the counsellor I was looking for

I’m neurodivergent, I have many life experiences that I feel will benefit me in understanding my clients needs

I am mainly in person counsellor, more than happy to provide online/ telephone counselling. I use Google meet or WhatsApp as it’s more secure than Zoom

Services

Laid-back, Person-Centred Counselling | Neurodiversity-Informed

I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I support:
• Neurodivergent clients (diagnosed or self-identifying)
• Parents of children with additional needs
• Anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or low

My approach is person-centred and flexible, blending talking therapy with CBT tools, EFT (Tapping), and meditation. Sessions are shaped around you — whether you’re looking for understanding, coping strategies, or simply space to breathe.
