I contacted Monique via the Bark App. I was delighted at how quickly she got backbto me. I needed my wedding dress alterations done within a 10 day period, so very last minute. Monique managed to fit me in, and I had a fitting. I had my second fitting on collection 4 days later. My dress was actually in need of a lot of taking in, almost re design. I am over the moon with the results. It fits perfectly, and I absolutely loved how Monique handled everything for me. Monique is excellent at what she does and so lovely and friendly too. She did my wedding dress, a simple hem alteration and took out some of the lining underneath. I can't recommend Monique enough; I had some urgent alterations to be done to my wedding dress and Monique fitted me in for 3 dress fittings with only a weeks’ notice. She took the time to understand exactly what I wasn’t happy with and gave great suggestions to make the bespoke sleeve’s more in keeping with my dress. The alterations were made to such a high standard and I was so happy with the finished result. Monique is very creative, she has an abundance of ideas, which, with her clients requirements,she uses to shape the perfect dress. She is professional in her approach, but frendly and warm. She is a perfectionist down to the last detail and will not let the item go until she and the client is satisfied and happy with the end product. She really is a gem.
