How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most Garages are suitable for conversion, as long as the garage was built to the correct standard originally and there is either an existing door into Garage or the ability to form a new opening.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Initial Site visit to discuss requirements and ensure that all is possible.
Agree costs for drawing service, then sumbit for Building Warrant, with many conversions being classed as permitted development, where no planning is required.
Agree cost for the actual conversion via detailed quotation.
Carry out all works through to completion.

Our business was started in 1996 after working sucessfully for another business for many years.

Minimum 1 year and subject to what works are carried out, longer guarantees will be in place.

We always prefer to see our customers face to face to ensure the works we are going to be building is as per their expectaions prior to pricing for the works.

Used sensible caution where requried and ask for customer feedback for requirements they may have.
Architectural drawings
We can provide a full 2D drawing service for any extension, renovation alteration works as required and apply for any necessary permissions to obtain Planning and Building Warrants.
House Extensions
We have extensive experience of building a variety of house extensions, from straightforward porches through to complex Extensions, loft conversions, Garage conversions and a multitude of other similar type works.
Windows & Doors
Monarch can supply and install more or less any type of window and door, with replacement PVC windows, French, Patio, Sliding and Composite doors being the most regularly fitted items.
