Our community is a fantastic group of ladies from all backgrounds and abilities. Many are just starting out and we also have a ladies training for Ironmans and ultras!

I’d only been coached by Lou for a couple of months last year and I soon started to see improvements in my triathlon times. She takes away all the hard work of planning sessions for me which is a real bonus. I don’t have to worry about whether I’m doing the right thing at the right time I just do as I’m told 😂. I’ve been in the Mojo academy for less than a year - it’s great to be part of a group of ladies with similar sporting interests. I’ve been part of a run challenge, swim challenge, lean in nutrition programme, strength and conditioning sessions and a bike skills weekend where I got to meet up with other Mojos and access great coaching. I enquired about joining Mojo back in the autumn for one-to-one training and was immediately sold on how warm and friendly Lou was. She jumped on a call with me and spent ages answering all of my questions honestly and with no feeling of ‘hard sell’. I decided to go for it and have absolutely loved my training so far! My training plan is paced perfectly for me (usually I am very injury prone but not even any niggles so far!) and we get the chance to discuss training whenever needed via Training Peaks or WhatsApp. I also recently went on Mojo’s Bike Skills Course which was really brilliant. Again, a very warm, welcoming environment for all skills levels with a focus on technical riding skills and bike maintenance- two things I really needed to work on! Lou is a great coach, looking beyond just setting sessions and taking into account everything else that is going on, not just triathlon. She's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, adaptable and just fun to work with. I joined Mojo Triathlon Academy to improve my general fitness and to have a professional tailored training plan to follow. Lou listens to your needs is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. There’s always something going on within the Mojo Tri Club, zoom calls with world class athletes, workshops about nutrition, strength and conditioning classes, swim challenges, run challenges and much much more. What do you love most about your job?
I am so blessed to be running Mojo. It was always a passion of mine to work with women in sport. The community we have built makes me smile every day and I love hearing how it helps and supports our members to thrive in their chosen sports.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To give back to the community of triathlon that I enjoy so much as a triathlete myself. Also to support other women to realise their potential. As we are often more capable than we think we are!
Why should our clients choose you?
Mojo members would describe me as being an exceptionally caring and empathetic coach, with just the right amount of 'tough love' ! I am careful to offer services within the membership that the ladies need and want, so as to keep them motivated, inspired and educated on all things triathlon and womens health. I want to support them to see progress, and this is my main motivation.

Yes we are an online triathlon club and coaching membership. We often meet up in person as a club throughout the year.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are very careful to ensure the safety of all members when we meet up. But mostly our interactions are online.
