I had the pleasure of working with Pauline and Ana at MM Studio as we were looking to do a renovation of our master bedroom and to build and design a nursery. I was lucky to find them from an internet search, but from the very beginning what drew me to Pauline was her communication, attitude and unpretentious approach. She took the time to talk to me, give ideas and express how she thought they could deliver. This was before talking about size or scale. She made me feel like she was excited to work with us and cared - with most others we felt like it was just another project. In terms of the actual project, what I think differentiates the team is the combination of architectural expertise and design expertise. From drawing plans to sourcing, buying and dealing with administration of delivery and construction of furniture, designing of custom joinery, lighting…even down to pillow selection. From start to finish they owned it all. This was also done in a very expedited timetable given the arrival of a new baby! From planning, to idea generation, to sourcing of furniture, lighting, design ideas, problem solving, furniture installation…they took over everything which was priceless especially during this time for us. What’s your interior design process?
Our Interior design process is stress-free and easy:
1. Our client can fill a questionnaire online or send us an email to give a bit more information about their project
2. We organise a discovery call to discuss the project and make sure we understand exactly what they expect for.
3. We send our fee proposal, T & C's agreement for the client's review, and Project Brief.
4. Measurements and photos either sent by you or taken by us depending of the selected service
5. We start with a mood board and space layout in plan. We offer revisions to make sure the client is happy with it.
6. We design your room, create a product board, material and colour selection and a 2 D visualization to show you how the space could look like. If you select our online service we also send a curated shopping list with click on links to make it super easy for you to purchase all elements. Every thing gather in a presentation with tips to install if you opt for the Online service.
We also offer add-on services like project implementation, tradesmen liaison etc.
We can tailor-make our service to your needs.

2. You send us photos of your space with measurements (we send you a guide to know how to take your measurements).
3. We send your mood board and furniture layout plan for your review.
4. once the layout is approved we prepare a presentation with mood boards, selected furniture plan, colour and materials selection, 2D visual help, a curated shopping list and tips to implement your design.
We offer post design support through emails to guide you if you need it.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In case of Onsite design we always wear a mask at all time, we sanitize our hands before entering your space, we maintain a distance of minimum 2m. For site survey we ask our clients to not stay in the same room.
