We brought a display set of garden furniture from a garden centre but they said they couldn't deliver. I went online and went onto the Bark site and put in my request. I was still completing my request and Noel from MK vans phone and gave me a price. Noel collected the garden set in an hour and delivered it to us. The whole experience was excellent. We were fortunate that Noel was available at short notice. I explained why we needed more than one person as I could not lift the heavy stuff we needed to. Noel said he would check if another driver could come and let us know. He got back quickly, booked and arrived on time. They loaded our items onto the van and moved heavy worktop pieces within the house. They delivered them where we wanted them and listened to any requests. Absolute top bloke. Did my job of moving me from my 2 bed house to my new 3 bed. Asked if he recommended any carpet company as my carpets were a bit worse for wear. He told me I didn’t need new ones he could clean them back to almost brand new and boy he did a fabulous job. My carpets are so lovely I didn’t realise how great they could come up, now I don’t need to go out and re carpet my house. I have kept his number in my phone book and will certainly be calling him in the future. Noel did a carpet clean for me in living room and 2 bedrooms along with a stairs. He stepped in at the last minute as someone let me down.
Probably the nicest person I have ever had clean my carpets. Very courteous nothing was too much for him and did an absolutely excellent job. Chains that I’ve had on my carpets for years that my previous carpet guy could never remove, Noel removed it!!! Beware. Very unreliable. MK Vans offer a carpet cleaning service.In January, Noel looked at a plant-based stain on our carpet and said he could remove it. It didn't come out. He said that it would fade out after 3 or 4 days, but if not, to call him back. It didn't fade. We tried to call him but there was no response to our messages. Eventually, we made contact. He then promised to come on 4 separate occasions. One of us stayed in each time, but he didn't turn up. We remained polite, but it was clear that he had no intention of completing the job.
