What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Before we begin any project, we ask the client to share a clear design or idea they want printed, along with details about the product they’d like to use—such as the type of item, size breakdown, colours, and total quantity. We also discuss the preferred printing method if they have one, the deadline (if any), and the full delivery information. Once everything is confirmed and payment is processed, we’re ready to start production. Having all these details upfront helps us deliver accurate, high-quality results efficiently.

I was inspired by a passion for creativity and a desire to offer something personal and meaningful to others. I noticed a gap in the market where people were looking for reliable, high-quality printing services that truly understood their ideas. I wanted to build something that combined creativity, quality, and customer care—where every project, no matter how small, is treated with importance. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to bring ideas to life and help others do the same.

You can share your design, product details, and order requirements through email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages. We’ll provide digital mockups, confirm everything with you step by step, and once approved, we move forward with production. After the items are ready, we securely pack and ship them directly to your address. The entire process is simple, convenient, and designed to give you complete support without needing to visit in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our customers safe during Covid-19, we made several important changes. Our team follows strict hygiene and sanitisation protocols in the workspace, with regular cleaning of equipment and packaging areas. We moved most of our communication and order process online to reduce in-person contact. All products are handled with care, and we offer contactless delivery options where possible. These steps were taken to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our team, without compromising on quality or service.
