Absolutely outstanding service by Martin. He cleared an elderly relative’s completely blocked toilet at very short notice. This was probably the worst he’d ever had to deal with but was done with the utmost professionalism and respect. I cannot detail the job as it was too awful to describe. However, he attended over two days to ensure the toilet was working correctly, replacing worn out parts and all done at what I consider to be a very fair price.
