I hired Mizy-May for a home improvement project, expecting quality work based on their advertisements.
However, the results were disappointing—materials used were cheap, and the workmanship was below standard. Despite multiple complaints, they refused to rectify the issues.

Unacceptable Cleaning Standards!
The house was barely cleaned—dust still on surfaces, floors not mopped properly, and bathrooms left in poor condition.

Extremely Poor End of Tenancy Clean!
The property was left dusty, with stains still on the carpet and grime in the kitchen.
We had to redo most of the cleaning ourselves, and it cost us part of our deposit. Very disappointed with the service.
