Jennifer responded promptly to arrange a visit to see and assess my mother acting in a professional manner at all times. I was surprised at cost of initial assessment as expected this to be free. What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to support people looking for care to maintain their independence and remain safe in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. We understand what goes into looking after a loved one and work closely with families to ensure that they also get the support.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff have been fully vaccinated. We comply with the statutory requirement for Home care workers to test weekly for COVID-19 and participate in the NHS test and trace .
We follow the COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control guidance and use appropriate PPE whilst attending to our clients.
