Millennium Staffing is a dedicated provider of high-quality support and personal care, led by our Registered Manager, Lorraine Saunders, a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over nine years of experience in clinical and managerial roles. Our staff’s extensive background equips our organization to deliver a high standard of care and meet the technical and professional requirements for the Support and Personal Care DPS. Lorraine’s role as a Registered Manager is underpinned by her recent experience as a Registered Home Manager and Clinical Deputy Manager at Hawthorne House, where she successfully managed care delivery for elderly individuals and those with complex needs. Her responsibilities included overseeing care planning, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining high clinical and operational standards, skills directly transferable to domiciliary care. Our staff’s extensive experience means we have robust care protocols within, ensuring we deliver responsive, person-centered care aligned with DPS requirements.
