What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and helping them to achieve their personal goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I received hypnotherapy for work-related issues and confidence with horse riding and was amazed at how it worked and the significant difference it made to my life. I had two therapists and they both inspired me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take a person-centred approach and base each session on your individual needs I am new to bark and all of my work up until now is by a referral. I give my clients time to express themselves. In addition to working in Hypnosis, I also work with EFT and reframing techniques.

I work mainly remotely via Google Meet and I send a link for the session all the client needs to do is click on the link as long as they have a google account they will automatically enter the meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In my practice, I keep a distance between myself and the client and do not need to physically need to touch the client.
My work has become more remote.
Smoking cesation
4 online via Google Meet sessions. The first session is 90 minutes and will include an mp3 the remaining 3 sessions are 60 minutes.
In addition to hypnosis, clients will receive tools to manage their nicotine addiction to support the sessions.
Weight Loss and Body Confidence
Body confidence is a very personal thing I work with both men and women to achieve their personal weight goals but most of all take a 360-degree approach and consider self-esteem and general wellbeing within these sessions.
Weight loss programs include 6 scheduled weekly sessions.
Stress and insomnia
If you are struggling to get to sleep on a night time or when you do go to sleep you awake at 1 or 2 am and struggle to get back to sleep. These sessions will help you to achieve a restful night's sleep and feel generally calmer day to day. Clients feel different after 4 sessions and receive an mp3 to listen to before going to sleep on a night time.
Anxiety and Stress - Remote via Google Meet.
Anxiety unlike stress is caused by unwanted thoughts about things that have not happened yet and as we then become preoccupied with this worry we become overloaded within our day-to-day lives which increases stress levels which is caused by external factors such as increased workloads or not being able to prioritise work loads. I offer an initial 4 session program which has achieved great results enabling clients to reframe their anxiety triggers and become more relaxed in general.
