Delighted with what Randal has done when making and painting our new garden gates, which fit in perfectly with it. Politeness and Courtesy he was with us during the whole process and I hope he found us the same with him.

Randall called me on Wednesday and accepted my job of installing 2 mirrors in my garage telling me he would be here Friday afternoon and that he would call me Friday morning to give me with an approximate time for his arrival. Not only did he not turn up, I had to chase him by phone and eventually he called me back at 3.30pm to tell me that I was too far away and that he wasn’t coming. Totally unapologetic, did not accept that he should have realised the job was too far away when he accepted it (and took my address) and should have told me before today. He then hung up on me.
