I can highly recommend Husain and his team for any plumbing work. They have done an excellent job of removing an old toilet and basin and refitting a new combo toilet/ basin. The relocation of pipe work is very neat. We are extremely pleased by the cost, efficiency, and courtesy in which the job was carried-out, including the call back to make sure everything was OK and working well.

Rang Midlands gas and plumbing solutions on a bank holiday evening, explaining we could smell gas coming from the gas meter which was directly below or boiler. They advised me turn the gas off and wait for them to come, which was no longer than 30 minutes.
Very professional, polite. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and got straight to work. Cannot recommend them enough. Changed an old anaconda pipe which was leaking and re-piped it in rigid copper pipe. I needed 3 radiators replaced in my home as my current rads just weren't giving out enough heat. I called up Waqar and his team on Thursday and he agreed to come out Friday, sure enough Friday morning comes and Vakhar and Sharif show up early as agreed.

They made sure to put enough rags on the floor to prevent scratches and damages to my flooring and were courteous enough to ask if they needed to take off their shoes.

They began draining the system down and got to working, roughly 2 hours later the job had finished they installed the 3 radiators and removed the old, the pipe work was neat and they made sure to clean the room they worked in.

They then spent an hour making sure the system was firing and the radiators were all warming up to the desired tempreture which indeed it was. The home and rooms were really nice and toasty thanks to these guys.

Will definitely recommend and use again for any future plumbing related services. Thank you again guys. More...

1. Turned up on time 2. Good standard of work and helpful on finding a solution for the faulty boiler, but 3. After condemning the gas fire and not being able to service the boiler due to a fault, he still wanted the agreed amount despite having done less work on those 2 appliances. Still left with cold radiator when he agreed to rebalancing and no idea why he wanted to walk around the house himself to turn off the thermostats on radiators when I could have done that and not sacrificed my privacy.
