Very efficient and went beyond cleaning my rugs and carpet by fixing my gate and hole in wall!!!!

5* if I could give a highter rating than 5* it would be 10* plus. I chose this Mid Ulster Co after speaking to Damien about the cleaning services I needed plus help with a lot of Clutter I had gathered up over the years, I knew it had to be done for my mental and physical health was suffering but couldn't do it on my own. After explaining to Damien what I needed done I thought he would say No. But he didn't he said straight away he would help me sort the whole house out and true to his word he arrived a few day's later with his very understanding, compassionate, hard working team of staff and after meeting Damien and the girls I felt completely at ease with them. They were very professional in all the areas of work I needed done and went beyond their Cleaning service. They chatted away to me, and I felt completely at ease within an hour of their arrival at my home. I suffer from Anxiety and Depression etc and long term health problems and my mood began to change for the better as that day went on. Nothing was a bother to them they started work straight away and kept at it the whole day. I could not believe my eye's when I saw what they had accomplished after the first day and the next few days flew in. Damien and his staff had a lot of work to do and never complained once. I never had to tell them what to do as they were always 10 steps ahead of me. They went beyond what I was expecting and I hit the jackpot when I booked Damien's Company for the work that I needed doing and had been putting off for the last few years due to a family bereavement. Damien and his staff where very understanding and at times I know I kept them back as I would chat away to them in the middle of their work which is definitely not me, I usually hide away and don't see many people but they were very gracious and took the time to chat with me. It was like chatting to friends and I felt very at ease chatting with them. They did more than what was expected of them. They never complained, and would take the time to ask me if I was happy with what they had done to each room they had been working in. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me and I can't believe how Clean my house is now and all the Clutter sorted out. I am feeling so much better Mentally and Physically already. And the bonus is that I have met a great group of people that I now have as genuine friend's. I can't believe the change they have made to my HOME, before it was just a house I lived in and had no real interest in anything but this last few day's my mood has lifted and I looked forward to seeing Damien and his staff every morning. I highly recommend him for anyone that is needing help with Cleaning, Clearing out Clutter and rubbish and making my environment more safe to live in, to lift the phone and speak to him, don't keep putting it off like i did, get in touch with him now as making that call was the best thing i did and my only regret is that i didn't do it sooner. They all worked very hard, always cheerful and taking time to chat to me made all the difference to my days. I will be booking Damien again in a couple of weeks for a really deep clean on my furniture and also to tackle my outside paths and yard. And I will also be booking him for a good Clean up and De clutter every so often if I fall back in to my old way's as i know he will be on hand when i need him and his advice, and will help me out again. I also want to say that his Cleaning Service was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be and I got excellent value for money 100%. Couldn't rate this cleaning service high enough. The attention to detail was amazing and they have left my parents house like a new house. Best cleaning service I have ever had and I have had many cleaners, I am only sorry that I didn't take a few pictures of my home before they started and after they had finished a deep clean, I couldn't believe it, it was spotless and I've booked them again for next week!
