The engineer, Nag, was very polite and genuine on introduction and explained what the structural survey would involve when we first spoke over the phone.
He then sent a sample survey to me so that I could see what the final report would look like.
I meet him at the property and he was able to answer many of my questions on site and has answered other queries since sending his report, which was sent about 5 days later. Indeed, he was kind enough explain his findings verbally soon after conducting the survey, before producing his report.
I would use this companies service again.
