I have used Metro Mortgages twice now, both for my buy to let’s, my first one had already went through with someone else but I had no nonsense advice from the team from the off about how to improve my situation with my rentals, this led me to use this company for my second buy to let, I will only use Graeme and Cheryl now and no one else. Paul talked me and my wife through all our options. Cut through a lot of jargon and explained things really simply. He made several home visits and kept in touch via emails and phone calls. No question was too silly for Paul to talk me through and he was extremely patient. He found a mortgage which was best for our current position and explained everything clearly. Paul also found us a conveyancer for our house sale and purchase.
