Deciding to work with Melinda has been the best decision ever. Within less than a month I already saw huge results - I must say I am generally quite sedentary but if I commit, I commit.
And I have been doing exactly as she has told me. She really got to know my habits and she has designed the best plan for me. She really motivates me to do better and she is also so nice and fun I for first time ever look forward to exercise instead of dreading it! She is always available for my diet questions and goes the extra mile to help me succeed. The most important thing to me is that I was looking for a forever habit change and seeing myself enjoying exercising for first time ever makes me think I am getting there!

I started working with Melchi back in June when back pain and general unfitness hit me. Being quite thin and hitting middle age i realised i needed some serious conditioning. I could not touch my toes and started feeling lower back pain. Melchi is very knowledgeable and really started working on an overall fitness plan, at every session working different groups of muscles. I felt stretched but not in pain as she always prioritised safety. After three sessions I had regained mobility and started feeling more stronger with defined muscles. Melinda is amazing. I started working with her in the lead up to my wedding as I wanted to lose some weight to feel good for the big day! Melinda helped me lose 16kgs over the space of 9 months. Aside from losing weight, my whole body changed with me becoming stronger and more toned and feeling a lot more confident too! Her workouts are always varied and focus on the specific areas you want to work on - she provides equipment such bar bells/weight etc as well as focusing on good body weighted training and also offers boxing! It keeps sessions engaging! Melinda is also really flexible about where she hosts sessions - coming to you and being willing to swap sessions around to suit your timetable if needed (and when enough notice is given). Before I started training with Melchi, I did not do much exercise and would get frustrated that I couldn't move my body the right way to adopt proper techniques for exercises. Melchi explained that this was because I had a weak neuromuscular connection and was really patient and supportive of me while I improved. I started training with Melchi 6 weeks ago. My body type is skinny so I really wanted to build some muscles and get stronger and fitter. Now, I can already see the benefits of my sessions with Melchi as I get less breathless during workouts and I can feel muscles I haven't used until now being activated. Melchi makes the sessions intense and challenging but fun and enjoyable at the same time, so that even someone like me who was fairly unfit can follow the pace and get results in a positive atmosphere. Melchi inspires you to be better every day and pushes you to reach your goals. I’m having fun training with her, she’s energetic and has great sense of humour so I never get bored. I had an outdoor circuit training with Melchi Fitness which was absolutely shatteringly amazing! Shattering because she knows what she is doing so better expect some good workout but no so intense that you won't get to catch up with some air. Amazing because you will enjoy outdoor fresh air with good company of people and its fun. When I started with Melinda 6 weeks ago, I was tired all the time and struggled with my energy levels. I was extremely disorganised and my diet was anything but balanced.
The sessions with Melinda were very challenging first but she always made them fun and her sense of humour helped me through the lows where I just wanted to give up. I felt I could be open and honest with her and that would help me rather than judging me. Her advice on nutrition and diet made a huge difference on my eating habits. I can think ahead and make sure I use the right food combinations. I feel more energised and I look slimmer although I haven’t lost a pound and running after my kids is not making me out of breath any more.

I found Melinda through a friend. The first time I was very sceptical as I haven’t done any coaching before but I reached a stage in my life where I couldn’t move in any direction and negative thoughts dominated my everyday life.
