Hired him to install bathroom wall pvcu panels and replacing the shower tap.
He ruined my bathroom completely, damaged the other bathroom fittings, the surrounding area, carpets in other places. He doesn't know to straight cut the panel and doesn’t have the tools. He tried to replace the shower tap but there was water leak, flooded in bathroom and the ground floor rooms. Just three to four hours job he took two days worked morning 9AM till night 10 PM, still the works incomplete. He left the work incomplete and escaped. Because of his bad work he blamed the bathroom wall and the copper pipes. He didn't clean the area he worked.
Unfortunately I trusted the reviews he already had. Looks like the reviews were put by himself or his friends

He ruined my bathroom, doesn't know even to cut a PVCu Panel properly. He is claiming as a plumber but doesn't even know to fit a valve, the bathroom and ground floor flooded with water. He damaged the other fitting already there in the bathroom. Damaged other rooms as well, carpets etc.
I have to call someone to fix all again.
Three hour job he took two days to complete and escaped leaving the job incomplete. More...

You cant get a straight cut panel to fit on a bent wall without adjusting them, as well as hanging wall panel for a full bathroom for as far as any professional is concerned doesnt take 3 hours. Your shower valves were replaced free of charge as well many other services also offered to fix whatever you were unhappy with.

Dior was absolutely fab - would recommend to anyone.

Dior responded to my enquiry really quickly and was very communicative. He completed the job within 48 hours of me listing it, arrived on time and was really helpful and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone.

I have a water issue with the flat below.Dior came at the weekend and inspected the bathroom.On finding a leak in the flexi pipe to one of the taps we went down to wickes together and then replaced both taps and ensured they were running properly. He was always friendly and charged me for 2 hrs work.He showed me the nut that was corroded attaching the tap which he said showed it had been leaking for a while but primarily only when the tap was swit hed on.He was confident this should resolve the issue.The owner of the flat below is rather inpatient and was fishing for some other explanation but I asked Dior about the bath tub and he said he had checked it and nothing was leaking there so it was fine though it is fairly old.We are monitoring the situation but I am glad we have managed to find something to appease the owner of the flat below.I would happily use Dior again. Dior did a fantastic job changing my tap and cutting down the sink cabinet to fit my Belfast sink which was very tricky, fitting a side skirting between the sink & washing machine, but he did extremely well.
