About

My theoretical orientation is integrative and relational, tailored to the unique make up and context of the individual. As an integrative therapist, I focus on you rather than me being the expert on yourself, towards the aim of supporting you to reach your full potential.

Services

The therapy I offer is an opportunity to be welcomed and received in your truth, without judgment, supported by the safe container I hold for you each week. The journey, however bumpy, is one you won’t have to walk alone. I will be alongside you each step of the way. Together we will question old narratives that no longer serve you, explore your relationship with yourself and others and look at how the meaning you make from each experience impacts your sense of being in the world.

Arnold Beisser explains: "change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not."

It may feel scary at first, but rest assured that together we can co-create a safe space that will support your growth and healing.
