I was a first time buyer after 12 years in renting, I had no idea where to start with applying for a mortgage. Facebook “Solihull moms and dads” to the rescue. After looking through posts to find recommendations ME Financial services kept getting highly recommended, so decided to get in touch with Marc. I received excellent service and advice from the very first phone call. He went through the process step by step and arranged for him to come to my home for a meeting to get the ball rolling. After wasting 3/4 months waiting on a different mortgage broker who my partner had found, absolutely nothing was achieved, Marc was a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable and very professional. Updates were provided from Marc on a very regular basis and all my concerns and queries were dealt with very professionally but with a personal touch, nothing was ever to much trouble for him. I would wholeheartedly recommend Marc and his company to all my friends and family without hesitation. We found a property we loved within 2 weeks of our first meeting with Marc 22nd October 2019 and it was all systems go.
