MD1 communication was excellent and the quotation very competitive. Ahead of the moving day the crates were delivered and made packing so much easier than using cardboard boxes. Was let down by a remover that I had previously booked and contacted MD1 just 4 days before my moving date to see if they could help. They were excellent from start to finish, did a quick walk-around of the house on Whatsapp, they then gave me an excellent quote and we booked there and then. Their communication was excellent throughout (I always knew what to expect), and they arrived on time on moving day. The team arrived at 7.30 all friendly and smart, they worked very well together and by 10 the van was loaded, and ready to take our belongings to our new address. We didn't actually complete until about 3.30, and they were all very patient, and once again worked very well as a team, they respected the common parts of the block of flats we had moved to, and took away as many of their crates that we managed to unpack, the lovely young lady put our clothes into the wardrobe for us, and by 5 they were on their way home. All our furniture was wrapped in a black sort of cling film, which they took off the items we needed to use, the rest were left with this on as protection while we were going to have workmen in. We relocated from a 4 bedroom detached house to another. The process was done over two days. On each occasion the team was prompt on time. They were efficient, friendly and didn't waste any minute. We had some heavy rosewood furniture, multigym etc. which we were concerned about. But no job was too difficult for them. They went above and beyond when we needed two last minute moves with less than 24 hours notice, had to change delivery locations mid move, and were just so friendly throughout it all. Our moving process starts with a free house survey. One of our moving experts will visit to chat through your requirements. We’ll create a moving strategy and identify any items that need extra special care in transit. Then we’ll email you a quote within 24.
On the moving day our team will pack your staff and will carefully load up the van. If you prefer to pack everything by yourself, please make sure your belongings are safe and securely packed for the journey.
We will deliver all your belongings to your new destination safe and securely.
Before we leave, we will make sure each piece of furniture is in the right room.
Office relocation
We can help make the relocating of your office an easy process, rather than a stressful event. We can move office items, furniture, retail equipment, food, and anything else your company may need to move. We can be there from the start of any type of corporate move, and assist you each step of the way until the move is complete.
Professional packing & wrapping
Packing and unpacking can be a tiring and stressful task. If you request the packing service for your moving . We can take away this tension from you. MD1 Removals offer low-cost safe and secure storage. Our storage facility and containers are highly maintained to ensure your belongings are stored safely all year round. Full insurance cover for your container is included in your storage quotation.
