What do you love most about your job?
Sharing in a person's journey is a unique privilege and allows me to hold safe space for my clients that facilitates scope for personal deep insights and self-discovery. This is where the magic happens allowing for self-awareness and self-empowerment that sees a 'can-do' voice emerge through the fog, such that it challenges the 'inner critic' (the voice of self-sabotage) until it is silenced.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked within many contexts such as addiction recovery centres, women's refuge, homeless hostels that has been client-centred. Coaching has provided the best possible means to focus on my clients, work collaboratively and see any given individual take ownership and autonomy for their own path, since clearly they are the expert in their own journey. Life is supposed to be an adventure albeit with challenges along the way, realistically speaking.
Mentoring and therapeutic intervention/s support the coaching process and the therapeutic alliance supports the participant in navigating their own path. I felt limited in previous roles in how this dynamic and alliance could work owing to existing service delivery model/s in place. Hence my reason for developing personal professional resources to an end of working in closer alignment with my client.
Why should our clients choose you?
I use a bespoke and organic approach that inevitably delivers in a personally meaningful way for individuals and serves to enlighten, encourage and enrich their experience throughout the process and for their onward journey.
