This guy is on it... I contacted Buildstore 8 weeks ago and they seemed to really struggle, they’d not even got to the point of starting the Application. .. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the industry for 9 years working for other people I was getting worried about the level of service a lot of larger brokers were offering to clients. I knew I could do it better for people, so I decided to start Mayflower to enable me to deliver the service levels for my clients that I expect when I'm a customer.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are an independent firm who are not tied to any limited panel of lenders or insurers meaning client get the best deal out there for them.
All of our advisers are members of the Chartered Insurance Institute and The Society of Mortgage Professionals, which means we have to uphold certain levels of qualification, continued professional development and ethical standards.
We have a client portal that enables are customers to track their application minute by minute from their arm chairs.
