What do you love most about your job?
Joining Mayfield is like having a extended family. The office team are very welcoming from day one. I get regular calls with the same client, which enables both myself and the client to build up a relationship.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Mayfield is an independent domiciliary provider in the Warrington and surrounding areas. Mayfield was started 35 years ago by my mother and I have take over in the last 3 years. We are proud to say that we deliver high quality care to all our clients and treat them like family. Our carers are amazing, and our retention rates speak for themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe that our clients deserve the very best, quality care. We have clients that have been with us over 20 years, and our staff retention is very high, with the average member of staff being at Mayfield for 13 years, something we are extremely proud of.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff are provided with full PPE to enable them to work safely and protect the client also. Staff are trained in the correct hand hygiene procedures, and also how to apply their PPE and take this off for disposal.
