He was efficient in identifying our problem and having repaired the problem with our gas boiler he also repaired the emersion heater which had only been used to store the hot water, so if the old gas boiler packs up again, we can use the electric heater

The call was used as a standby, in case the existing company, who was on contract, but were not sure they could fix the problem (Boiler fault -no heating or Hot water, to a 99 year olds property) . Adam is professional, experienced, friendly, wore a mask -- highly recommended. He contacted me within minutes of my request for help with a defunct boiler and came straight away (no extra charge for a Sunday callout) and quickly fixed the problem. Thanks, Adam!

No. Sorry, you asked us to install a HIVE system. We can fix anything. We simply advised that was a job for an installer. We don’t like the idea of charging people for work they have already paid somebody else to. It’s unethical.

Came out that evening it was a Sunday he was very polite wore a mask and was quick to detect the problem went out the van to get the right tool for the work up and running efficiently was here 45 minutes.

He came on quick request, look and found the issue quickly. He advised as the Boiler was under warranty. Nice and friendly.

Adam was an hour late on the day but did a very good job! We were very impressed by how quickly he got in touch from the date of my request.

Would strongly recommend from contact to delivery they did exactly what they said they would do! Great job done in a Effexor too and timely many faultless! Alan
