What a amazing mixology team. From the very start we were treated to incredible customer service and attention to detail making my wife and I extremely happy and stress free going through the journey! From the first time meeting Theo and James at our tasting afternoon, we knew we were in the best of hands. We walked away feeling clear and confident in our choices with Theo constantly tinkering the flavours to make sure we had it perfect to how we wanted it. The two days ran so smoothly with the guests drinking Theo and James dry by the end, and we received non stop compliments about how amazing the cocktails and service was. My personal favourite was Theo's version of Espresso martini and my wife can still not choose between the Verde Mule or Pincante! Even after the event, the team went above and beyond, helping clean the marquee and doing all the small jobs making the procedure so much easier and smoother for us. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked across the hospitality sector and seen almost everything there is to see, our passion and drive came about on the bar at some of the best restaurants and hotels in the country. To be able to bring our expertise, knowledge, and skills on the bar to our events is what drives us in this industry.
